Refund policy
All items are hand finished in our Edinburgh studio, made with love and we hope that you are satisfied with your product. We only accept returns if the item you received is faulty, not fit for purpose, or misdescribed. Such faults have to be reported within 10 days of delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please fill out the CONTACT form with a detailed description of the fault.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The postage/shipping on any returned items must be paid for by the customer.
